Our hotel does not offer a shuttle bus service, but we have partnered with a taxi company to provide a free taxi ride between Atami Station and the hotel for our staying guests.
How to use the service:
1.After exiting the Atami Station ticket gate, proceed to the left where the taxi stand is located.
2.Inform the driver that you are going to “Atami Pearl Star Hotel.”
For your return journey:
You can also use this service to travel back to Atami Station from the hotel. Please inform the front desk staff to arrange it for you.

・On busy days such as national holidays or during fireworks events, there may be a delay of 30 minutes to 1 hour in taxi availability due to congestion. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
・This service is only available from the Atami Station taxi stand. It does not apply to pick-ups from other locations, travel to destinations other than Atami Station, or if you wish to make stops along the way.

Yes. From JR Atami Station, take the bus bound for Atami Port for about 5 minutes → Get off at Omiya-no-Matsu stop. You will arrive directly in front of the hotel.

Yes. There is a set of hotel lounge wear, jacket, and slippers that can be used for the public bath , breakfast and club lounge. In addition, we have nightwear that you can wear during your sleep.

Yes. All rooms feature mildly alkaline calcium-sodium chloride hot spring water drawn directly from our own source. It is said to warm the body from within and smooth the skin.

We offer the “ROTEN” room with an open-air bath, where you can enjoy spectacular views from your room.
Additionally, there are large baths for men and women on the top floor.

ROTEN rooms have an open-air bath on the terrace.
VIEW BATH rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. They do not have an open-air bath but you can see the view of Atami Bay from the window.
TERRACE BATH rooms are suite rooms facing the mountain. They do not have an open-air bath but the bath is located on a covered terrace.

“Shitsurai” describes a guest room featuring a Western-style space with tatami mat flooring, arranged with subtle Japanese seasonal elements to create a calm and refined atmosphere.
